In order to create a better working environment for my office, if created a self evaluation program to give everybody a chance to actually talk about how they feel about other colleagues. Since there only been together for bout 3 mths, so i think this program should work well.

Since everyone in our society and culture tense to keep quiet, dont dare t0 confront and discuss (everybody trying to be nice) and ends up gossiping bout it behind the person’s back. So, each one of them is given a form to fill your opinion about your colleagues and rate them accordingly. Then will compile all of the info together, group them up one by one and return back to the particular person for they themselves to think about what they should do and make changes.

Name will be removed in the report. Think that is a better way to be fair to everybody as we always will only judge people by one point of view, now is everybody comments. Im still in the midst of compiling personal report to each one of them, is quite tiring. But some how when i first received them, was very informative and fun to read about.

The conclusion is, there is always something that is out of your expectation. Is good thou and will see how it goes when everybody received and read their own report…can wait

It will at least cut down 50% of your stress level by just reading on the title itself..and on top one starts thinking bout their ideal holiday…by the beach… country… England …Australia…HK….drive by the country side……..wow..Then entering the state of dreaming…..its so real the 50% replaced by the joy level and keep on increasing…

How nice that is. Wake up, ends up still sitting on the office chair waiting for a day to pass by and hope that someone will actually call you up for happy hours then comes the good night sleep…drunked.

For those nun, fathers, monk or people who carry out the religious practice seriously, ya, everyday is a holyday for them. Its makes lots of different on the outcome (the letter i instead of y) but it sounds and pronounce exactly the same…at least. They are the closest to the dream so far.

For those who work in the tourism industry. Scuba instructor, tour guide, tourist spot operator, resorts, island….etc. Is also close to that. Although their job is to provide services for the people on holiday, sometimes somewhere by talking and dealing with tourist all the time will actually makes them feels that they themselves were on holiday yes..great job ya..

People who have a nine to five jobs.. working in the office, city…etc. will find it difficult to convince themselves regarding this….

Come one.. cheer up. For me, i gonna look at the title again, and say YES…:) its the good feeling that grows inside you, just by thinking about it will put a smile on your face. With the good feelings, everything you do , everywhere you go, no matter who you are, where are you , who you are talking to…….will be full of joy.

Without that, you can be some one who owns the world famous 6 stars resorts by the most beautiful beach in the world on a nice island. He/she might still have to sitting on the office chair waiting for a day to pass by and hope that someone will actually call you up for happy hours then comes the good night sleep…drunked.

So lets make everyday a happy joyful day

Possible?or Im Possible?

Let us look at the word “possible”. Is a very positive words that makes you feel good especially for the things that you wanted to do. its been explained in the dictionary as “able to be done, within the power or capacity of someone or something”

Impossible is the direct opposite of that. it explained as “not able to occur, exist or be done”….. But….I think it generate more positive energy than “possible”

Let look at it carefully again…

I’m possible..

So the new explaination of both words will be “able to be done, within the power or capacity of someone or something……..+ or buy YOU.”
