Rotten apple,purchased a macbook pro online for usd1499 and received on the 12th april, few days later came out with a new much better one selling usd1199.

Thought can live with it at first but after a while, but after i look carefully at the spec again, its too much different felt very disappointed on this. Dont mind if its a month but its just few days. On top of that there is nothing apple can do. Felt CHEATED.

They keep on saying that they understand how i feel, but i guess they are being so unfair and saying it out of courtesy. WHich does not sound convincing at all.

Cant believe things like that still happens in 2010. Its very eighties and its not right….

Thank god the programme works quite well, although it took away some of my movie nights to actually figuring out someone else doctor handwriting, but finally i got all the report done. Iv been observing for a week now and seems that things had becoming better and better. Not only for personal but also improvements of the whole working environment, business getting better Really appreciate all people who put in their heart to participate in this campaign. So on top of  the report, I wrote them a letter, this is how it sounds.

Dear Fellow Colleagues,

First of all, i would like thank god for bringing this idea to us and also would to express my gratitude to all of you for participating in this campaign. Thanks for writing out all from your heart sincerely.

The following page is a personal report for every one of you. This is NOT about right or wrong, good or bad and stuff. if you look at your report and start guessing who has written which about you, then stop acting like a kid, please GROW UP.  Read everything that is written every pages, i wrote it out word by word from my heart as well, so please show some respect.  Thanks.

This report serve as a bigger and better room for each and everyone of us to expand., or think about it as a ladder to get to the higher floor, once you get there, you will see things clearer, on current floor. Not only on capabilities, behavior…etc but in each and every aspect of you.  And believe me, you can always keep on climbing, the sky is your limit. As what a chinese proverb says, :” keep on learning until your last breath.” Ones will stop to improve when their cup is full. So never think that you know everything, the fact is there is only so little we know and so much more to learn. There is always good habit from others for us to learn. Everybody is our teacher.

As all of you know, our company is expanding with different businesses, there were lots of chances here for each one of you to venture, so think big. Im always hoping and thinking about each one of you can make lots of money in order to have life that you always dreamt about. And there is a big possibilities. Hence, one must change in order to coupe up with growth of businesses. I believe in all of you, so please change your thoughts, change your mind set, change your habit and change your fate. Wake up every morning, first thing you look in the mirror, tell the person inside that, :” yes, you can.”

Open your heart, take this as a positive energy for you to move forward faster. Somebody takes ages to get to know their weakness, so this is a great chance. if one can stay cool for things that used to make him feel uneasy, thats growing.  Learning good habit from others.

Towards a great, fun working environment, ready for greater challenges and of course our seven hundred units per month.

Drizzling sunday morning, makes you feel bit lazy to get up from the bed especially when you have no plan for the whole day. Think back last week, i was invited to sing in a church event. Its a food and goods fair for raising fund for St Joseph Church here in Kuching.

With a simple set up, the whole session was fun. Making use of all the things we had to actually launch a performance. Would like to express my gratitude to all the musicians really grateful.

Got a copy of dvd of me singing and playing guitar last few days but couldnt get it to transfer into my imovie, still figuring out. Here are some snapshot of the performance.

The guitarist suppose to stand up but the strap gave way last minute… Thanks him(Mr Lee)  for the great guitar skill and key person who make this happen. The guitar skill lift up the whole sprits of the whole show.

Also the drummer AAp, been practicing a lot, really appreciate that. and not to forget the keyboardist sitting at the corner, who was not in frame. He do a big favour big filling up all the “holes” and big enhancement on the music.

Our bassist of the day, uncle jimmy really appreciate.

Recall back i think i did this before few years ago, the same thing at the same place. Times flies, its been 6yrs since. Wow. Anyway, we manage to raise couple of thousands, was happy with it. Looking forward for the next performance. Big or small… Will try to upload the video once iv sort it out.

Finally, im performing again, singing with guitars. Was invited to perform at the DIGI event. It was a farewell party of  their CEO for six years. The party was held on a boat, river cruise kind of thing.

the inside of the boat(lower deck) they actually made it into a restaurant and a bar right behind. quite english atmosphere.

This is of course the upper deck, its quite b=nice to actually sit at the edge having beers and enjoying the scenery, off course i cant do it, im at work, too bad..

I was then stand by at a corner  waiting for time to perform while they were having all the events going on. everything seems right there were other performers as well like dancers and stuff.  the only thing is the sound system is a bit out. Was worrying how am i going to sing in that sort of set up which your voice will go distort through the mic even whispering.

But still everyone seems to have lots of fun. Thanks to the early serving of alcohol and some bottoms up activities.

And finally its our turn to perform, and suddenly the sound gone worst, they are having technical difficulties trying to sort things out. So still gotta wait.

There were busying sorting things out, changing mixer and stuff. Then found out from the sound man that they actually do not have experience in doing live band……wow…tried a few attempts then still could not get the sound right. The problem is that the did not bring power amp to boost up the mic signal hence the sound came out distorted.

We ends up spending five hours waiting without doing anything, show have to cancel. At the end , the keyboardist decided to drive the boat back……

Hardware shop opening, hope it will run great.  Still under renovation. Here are some pictures to share with.

Encounter a problem of the perodua indicator. It glows up slowly when all doors where closed. Until the indicator is fully on, the alarm sounds.

First we checked on the door switch, remove all and fit in one by one to test. The problem still there. Finally we remove all the wires and connect it back again. The thing finally solved. Its due to poor earth connection. Here is  video to share

In order to create a better working environment for my office, if created a self evaluation program to give everybody a chance to actually talk about how they feel about other colleagues. Since there only been together for bout 3 mths, so i think this program should work well.

Since everyone in our society and culture tense to keep quiet, dont dare t0 confront and discuss (everybody trying to be nice) and ends up gossiping bout it behind the person’s back. So, each one of them is given a form to fill your opinion about your colleagues and rate them accordingly. Then will compile all of the info together, group them up one by one and return back to the particular person for they themselves to think about what they should do and make changes.

Name will be removed in the report. Think that is a better way to be fair to everybody as we always will only judge people by one point of view, now is everybody comments. Im still in the midst of compiling personal report to each one of them, is quite tiring. But some how when i first received them, was very informative and fun to read about.

The conclusion is, there is always something that is out of your expectation. Is good thou and will see how it goes when everybody received and read their own report…can wait

Few days ago while i open some old boxes, found some old books and printouts of the rx7…

These are a few and not to mention all the japanese hyperREV and the RX& Magazines. Such a big fan.

Used to be a big fan of Rx7s, there were days building engines middle of the nights, started without exhaust and receiving complains of very very excessive noise level. Still remember where lights of the neighbours were on when the engine screams…

Finally, of all the music heard and song sang. Got a chance to attend their concert. Wow.. so excited although is still bout a month to go.

Remember times where we first picked up our guitar, there is always a deep purple tune that every guitarist wants to shred. and keep on shredding as long as they still plays guitar.

Current band members, organ and keyboard player Don Airey, vocalist Ian Gillan, bassist Roger Glover, guitarist Steve Morse and drummer Ian Paice who going to perform live at Genting Arena of stars on the 16th may 2010, with hit songs from albums like ‘Rapture of the Deep’, ‘Machine Head’ and ‘Purpendicular’, just to name a few, along with classics such as “Highway Star”, “Space Truckin”, “Lazy” and seminal rock-anthem, “Smoke on the Water”.

This is one concert that cannot be missed. Nothing can beat a rock concert.

This aluminium block has been with me everywhere since 2004. Hundreds of clip and music came out from it. Its been getting slower and the heat is building up nowadays. Think is time for it to retire, finally.

Still keep all the memories in it. never transfer anything to a new brother. Occasionally will still ask him something.

Still one of the greatest 12 incher around.
